At Rampage Athletics, we offer two exciting cheer programs designed for different age groups and experience levels. Whether your child is just starting or ready to take the next step in cheerleading, we have a program that’s the perfect fit!
Two Incredible Options for Young Athletes
Blitz Cheer Program (Ages 7-12)
A high-energy introduction to cheerleading!
Our 6-week Blitz Cheer Program is designed for athletes ages 6-12 who want to learn cheer fundamentals, build strength, and experience the excitement of cheerleading in a fun and supportive environment.
What's Included?
✅ Weekly 1-hour practice sessions
✅ Stunting, jumps, motions & basic tumbling
✅ A fun routine to showcase at the end of the session
✅ Official Blitz Cheer t-shirt and bow
✅ Opportunity to advance into competitive teams
🚫 No Spectators: To ensure a focused and productive environment, practices are closed to parents and family members.*
*Spectators will be allowed in for the end of session showcase during week 6.
Session Cost:
💲 $179 for the full 6-week program
Perfect for:
✔️ Beginners looking to explore cheerleading
✔️ Athletes wanting to refine their skills
✔️ Kids who love to be active and part of a team
👟 What to Bring:
- Athletic clothing & cheer shoes (or sneakers), we prefer athletes to wear all black
- Hair pulled back in a ponytail

Mini Blitz Cheer Program (Ages 3-6)
Big Cheer for Little Athletes!
The Mini Blitz Cheer Program is a special introduction to cheer for our youngest athletes, ages 3-6. This program follows the same structure as Blitz Cheer but is tailored for younger kids with age-appropriate skills and activities.
What’s Included?
✅ Weekly 45-minute practice sessions
✅ Basics of cheer motions, stunts, jumps, and tumbling
✅ Confidence-building activities & teamwork games
✅ Official Mini Blitz Cheer t-shirt and bow
✅ Final performance to showcase their progress!
🚫 No Spectators: To ensure a focused and productive environment, practices are closed to parents and family members.*
*Spectators will be allowed in for the end of session showcase during week 6.
Session Cost:
💲 $129 for the full 6-week program
Perfect for:
✔️ Preschool & kindergarten-aged kids interested in cheer
✔️ Building coordination, confidence, and social skills
✔️ Fun, active play in a structured environment
