Classes For All Ages & Skill Levels

At Rampage Athletics, we believe tumbling is the foundation of confidence, coordination, and athletic discipline. Our program is designed to meet every athlete where they are—from their very first forward roll to mastering elite-level power tumbling. In our Blue Springs facility, we prioritize a supportive, inclusive environment where safety and technique come first. Whether your goal is to make the school squad, improve your cheer skills, or simply find a fun way to stay active, our expert coaches are here to help you reach your full potential in a high-energy atmosphere.

Tumbling Class Options

This is where the journey begins!

Limited Level 1 is our introductory program designed specifically for beginners. We offer specialized classes for various age groups—ages 3-5, 5-9, and 9-14—to ensure athletes are learning alongside their peers. We focus on building a rock-solid foundation by mastering core basics like handstands, cartwheels, and bridges in a welcoming and encouraging environment.

Once an athlete has a grasp of the basics, Level 1 focuses on refining those skills and building the strength necessary for more dynamic movements. We emphasize perfect form and body control, ensuring every athlete has the technical confidence required to safely progress toward more advanced levels.

Level 2 is the gateway to “beginner” power tumbling. This level focuses on introducing and mastering the back handspring. Athletes work on the power and precision needed to execute single and multiple handsprings, building the momentum and confidence required to transition from stationary skills to moving passes.

This class is designed for athletes who have mastered their back handspring and are ready to bridge the gap toward tucks. We focus on connecting skills with high-level technique, increasing speed, and perfecting the “pop” and height needed to prepare for Level 3 skills.

Level 3 is where we bridge the gap between basic tumbling and high-speed power. This class is for athletes who have their foundations down and are ready to focus on the speed, height, and body control needed for advanced skills.

For the experienced tumbler, our Level 3+ sessions move into elite territory. Athletes work on tucks, layouts, and twisting skills, focusing on high-level execution and power. These classes are fast-paced and challenging, designed for those who have a strong technical foundation and are ready to push the limits of their athleticism.
