Ah, the front desk! It’s like the heartbeat of Rampage Athletics, and I take immense pride in knowing each and every athlete in our gym—and typically matching them with their parents, too! But let’s be real: I’m just one person juggling a full-time job, and Morgan is right there with me. And with Haile off at college over 600 miles away, there’s only so much she can contribute from afar.

As many of you know, Morgan and I attended a gym owners’ conference back in June (thanks for your understanding during the fireworks setup, and a special shout-out to Haile for holding down the fort—or should I say, tent?). When we walked into that conference, we thought we’d pick up a few tips, but we left with a treasure trove of invaluable information! We had planned for a little date night, but instead, we found ourselves chatting with other gym owners until 9 or 10 PM each night, soaking in their successes and learning from their mistakes.

While all the sessions were fantastic, one that truly stood out was the front desk class. How many times have you come into the gym needing an answer, only to find Morgan or me unavailable? We realized we needed a dedicated team at the front desk to assist you with everything from class changes to payments, and yes, even those pesky bathroom runs (we know how that can be!).

So, upon our return, I went on a mission—not just for a physical front desk (because, believe it or not, we didn’t even have one before!) but also for staff who could help make your experience smoother. You’ll still see us at the front desk, but now you’ll also meet Meaghan (the other one!), Allix, and Taelor, who are all stepping up to ensure you get the answers you need!
